Solved has signed a contract for an Export Platform and support with a local partner Ta’athur Technology company. The platform and support is provided in cooperation for Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP)
The platform will contribute to promoting trade between the sultanate and other countries, support the access of Omani exports in international markets as well as support the national economy and contribute to increasing the gross domestic product of the sultanate, The Undersecretary for Investment Promotion in MoCIIP.
Solved has a strong background in exports as the company has origins in the Finnish export agency Finpro, now part of Business Finland. Solved is a marketplace for sustainability-related knowledge work and also offers digital tools, the Solved Together platform, for its clients to grow their sustainable businesses and orchestrate ecosystems.
We have years of experience in exports and sustainability as well as providing digital tools for over 200 organizations around the globe. We also closely follow what is happening in the export services and this Omani approach is the most progressive we know of and the world’s first, Solved Innovation Lead and Cofounder Radoslav Mizera says.
The Omani Export platform will connect Omani companies to international opportunities, partners as well as services they need for internationalization. It will be an interactive network and will also be linked to other Solved provided platforms such as the C40 platform and Clean Denmark, to harness the network effects for Omani companies as well as support partnering with companies around the world and finding the right experts in a variety of markets.
The platform will provide the basis for Oman to achieve its vision 2040 targets.
We will help in the transformation of the country to a knowledge-based economy.
The platform will require support services for the companies, and this is what we will also provide. We are looking to offer the complete package and really boost Omani exports and the transformation of the economy, Thamer bin Ahmed al Marhoon, CEO of Ta’athur Technology company said.
